In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Agriculture of Latvia, obtaining the qualification of a veterinarian. In 1992, he obtained a license to perform veterinary practice, since then he has been successfully practicing until now. In order to maintain a consistently high quality of veterinary services, knowledge is supplemented and updated every year by participating in special training programs.
