Arginine is an amino acid necessary for the proper functioning of the circulatory, immune, muscular and digestive systems. This has a significant impact on reproduction. It actively participates in the synthesis of proteins, creatine, proline, urea, polyamines. Necessary for the synthesis and release of growth hormone, as well as for the proper and efficient functioning of the urea cycle in the liver (the conversion of toxic ammonia into urea that is safely excreted in the urine). It regulates the activity of cells responsible for immunity.
Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide. This compound is responsible for regulating blood pressure by dilating blood vessels. Reduces the aggregation of platelets, reducing their viscosity, preventing the formation of blood clots, is a neurotransmitter (carries a signal in the nervous system), supports wound healing.
