Nuba Grow3 Musli 2G
Description:
Sample weight: 0.7-1kg
Feed intended for three-year-old horses, starting training and still growing. This time is very difficult for horses, as it involves many changes in their lives.
During this period, the horse usually:
- is separated from the herd,
- has close contact with humans for the first time; is tamed, taught to tie, give legs and other basic activities,
- changes stables,
- starts work,
- is moved from free-range to stables, so its daily routine changes,
- changes nutrition; new products are introduced to its diet, its mode of feed intake changes.
These changes are mentally and physically burdensome. Long-term or frequently felt mental stress adversely affects health.
It can lower immunity, intensify symptoms of autoimmune diseases or cause mental disorders, which may be manifested by frequent injuries, aggression,
hyperactivity or apathy.
During training, the body is subjected to physical strain that the horse is not used to. This results in an increased need for regeneration.
In the context of feeding this group of horses, an extremely important factor is the fact that the horse is still growing. It is estimated that the skeleton of horses finally mineralizes only around the age of 5,
and in males even 8 years of age. Muscle tissue also grows significantly, but it is important to be aware that development still includes all body tissues.
The three above aspects generate unique needs of this group of horses, which is why the Nuba Grow3 Musli feed was created, which provides optimal proportions and amounts of nutrients balanced according to the latest standards and research. Thanks to the variety of components in the composition, they are supplied in natural form, as well as additives with excellent absorption. Grow 3 Musli is characterized by slowly released energy, an increased amount of nutrients that promote regeneration, support the nervous, muscular and immune systems,
as well as an optimal supply of macronutrients necessary for the development of the skeletal system.
The feed used in accordance with the recommended dosage does not require any additional general supplementation.*
Key features
• slowly released energy in the amount needed for work, so that the horse has the strength to meet training requirements, but at the same time does not show hyperactivity
• relatively low starch content
• high level of protein from natural components with a very good amino acid profile, which has a decisive influence on the formation of new tissues, including muscle growth
• addition of lysine - a limiting exogenous amino acid, which improves the absorption and use of protein by the body
• calcium, phosphorus and magnesium are supplied from organic sources, as well as easily absorbed additives, to support the proper development of the skeletal system
• trace elements zinc, copper and selenium in Nuba Musli feed are in the form of chelates, which increases their absorption
• vitamin A is supplied in the form of beta-carotene, which prevents its overdose
• support for the nervous system through an increased amount of magnesium, B vitamins in the form of yeast, and probiotics
• the feed is based on alfalfa, known for its palatability, good quality fibre, highly digestible protein and calcium, which is particularly important for breeding horses
• high content of thermally micronised soy, which is a source of protein with a good amino acid composition.
Micronisation neutralises the anti-nutritional components contained in soy, and also improves its digestibility and absorption. Such grains are also more palatable
• high proportion of rice bran rich in gamma oryzanol – a substance with antioxidant properties that protects muscle cells, which affects their work, regeneration and development
• addition of herbs to support immunity and compensate for any lack of access to pasture
• whole flax and sunflower seeds add slow-release energy to the recipe. They also constitute an addition of polyunsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids,
which play a fundamental role in the proper development of the body
• fibrous components such as alfalfa, four types of bran, sunflower husk, soy husk and beet pulp add slowly released energy, affect the health of the digestive system and the good condition of the intestinal bacterial flora
• increased share of yeast provides B vitamins and essential exogenous amino acids, improving the protein profile of the feed.
It also improves the use of nutrients
• probiotics used in Nuba Musli feed are Biogen®K - the highest quality probiotic preparation recommended by veterinarians. This probiotic composition contains the highest quality freeze-dried microorganisms with a concentration appropriate for the horse's digestive tract.
